fantastic stay!
friendly staff great food top class rooms great experience
i was a bit hesitant because of the early reviews, but i honestly had the best time. the staff was very friendly, especially matheus at check-in and hades by the pool. the food was great and the rooms were top class (i loved the décor!). i recommend this hotel and i will definitely come back.
the only slight issue i had was that sometimes it took a little while to get a taxi ordered by reception, but it wasn't a big deal.

the room included a spacious balcony with a pool view and the shower was fantastic. the room was also very modern and clean, which i appreciated a lot (especially after a long day).

the hotel is in a good area. it's within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. i found it easy to get taxis from here. it was a calm and nice area.

lovely staff perfect pools birthday balloons
i traveled with twelve friends and we were all beautifully looked after. the staff was super lovely and helpful, and , made everything easier. The pools were perfect with options for both lively and quiet vibes. i even arrived to find 30th birthday balloons in my room!
the complimentary bottled water felt quite limited, with just a small bottle per guest per day.

The pool area has great vibes. A DJ performed during the day which was fun and lively. Food in the restaurants tasted great. The hotel facilities felt modern and clean.
The air conditioning in my room did not work well. The room struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. Bottled water was not provided in the rooms. I was told I could not fill my water bottle at the water dispenser in reception.

Inconsistent stay. Some issues
damp concrete smell poor communication
My stay experienced SEVERAL problems. the air conditioning barely worked. It was a major issue. also, the room had a strange smell like DAMP concrete, really UNPLEASANT. communication between staff and management seemed difficult. the situation overall detracted from the experience i had hoped for.

modern hotel clean hotel great pool friendly staff
the hotel is modern and clean. the pool area is great with comfortable beds. breakfast was good with various options available. some staff members were very helpful and friendly.
the air conditioning in one of the rooms was not effective. it was both noisy and not cold enough. the design of the room made the toilet space small. there was also no extractor in the bathroom.

The breakfast buffet included many options, such as fresh fruit and pastries. I found the quality high. drinks and food were readily available for order, and the service at the hotel bar was prompt and efficient.
